End User License Agreement
Last updated: 2026-05-26
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the Pidoy application ("Pidoy", "the app"). By downloading or using Pidoy you agree to it. It works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. License grant
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use Pidoy on devices you own or control, for your own personal use. You may not redistribute, sublicense, rent, or resell the app.
2. App store terms
Pidoy is distributed through third-party app stores, and your use is also subject to that store's terms:
- Google Play — the Google Play Terms of Service apply.
- Apple App Store — Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies, with this EULA as the developer addendum. For App Store installs, Apple's agreement controls wherever the two conflict.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app except to the extent local law expressly permits; not to remove proprietary notices; and not to use the app unlawfully or to infringe anyone's rights.
4. Purchases
The base app is a one-time purchase. Optional unlock packs are one-time in-app purchases; Cloud Sync is an auto-renewable subscription. All billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by the app store under its own terms.
5. Your data
Pet data lives on your device. Pidoy runs no server of its own; the optional Cloud Sync routes only to your own iCloud or Google Drive. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
6. No veterinary advice
Pidoy is a record-keeping tool, not a substitute for professional veterinary care. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for anything affecting your pet's health.
7. Disclaimer & liability
Pidoy is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service.
8. Apple as third-party beneficiary
For App Store installs, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for Pidoy.
